Biography

Ross is our highly qualified Training Manager and all round amazing guy. Ross has been flying helicopters for 24 years and has over 13,000 hours flying aircraft. He is also a commercial airline pilot.

He holds an Airline Transport Pilot Licence, is a ‘A’ Category Helicopter Instructor, and a ‘B’ Category Fixed Wing Instructor. Ross is also an NZ Civil Aviation Authority approved Airline Flight Examiner.

Adventure is definitely in his DNA. Not only is Ross a former NZ jet ski champion, a former South Island Modified Speedway champion, and former Nelson Sprint Car champion, but currently is the South Island Masters Motocross Champion.

When he’s not training or flying, or being a speedway champion – Ross can be found spending time with his wife Yvette and their four children.

“Life is certainly an adventure, and what better work is there than helping people to live theirs.”
